Terms and Conditions for Booking an Installer
1. Booking Confirmation: All bookings for installation services must be confirmed through our official channels. A confirmation email or message will be sent to you once the booking is completed.
2. Payment:
A payment of 20% is required prior to the arrival of the installer.
An additional 30% is due upon the completion of 30% of the work.
A further 30% payment is to be made once half of the work is completed.
The remaining 20% is to be paid upon full completion and final inspection of the project.
3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled installation may incur a cancellation fee.
4. Scheduling: Installations will be scheduled based on availability. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred date and time.
5. Site Preparation: Customers are responsible for ensuring that the installation site is ready and accessible on the scheduled date. This includes clearing the area and ensuring utilities are available if needed.
6. Installer Conduct: All installers will conduct themselves professionally. Any inappropriate behavior should be reported immediately.
7. Quality Assurance: We guarantee the quality of our installation services. If you encounter any issues within a specified warranty period, please contact us for resolution.
8. Liability: We are not liable for any damages or injuries that occur during the installation process unless caused by the negligence of our installers.
9. Customer Feedback: We encourage customer feedback after the installation. Your input helps us improve our services.
10. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes prior to booking.
