Each order is carefully inspected before dispatch, but in the rare case where a customer receives a defective or damaged product, we provide a clear and fair return policy.

Eligibility for Return
Returns are strictly limited to defective or damaged products received by the customer.
The product must be in unused condition, with original packaging, tags, labels, and proof of purchase (invoice).
Any damage caused due to mishandling, improper installation, or normal wear and tear will not be covered under this policy.
Please note, we do not provide exchanges under any circumstances.
Return Request Timeline
Customers must raise a return request within 3 (three) calendar days from the date of delivery.
Requests submitted after this period will not be entertained, regardless of the product’s condition.
Timely communication is important – delays beyond the stated timeline will automatically void eligibility.

Once your request is received, our team will review the details and may ask for photographic or video proof of the defect for verification purposes.
Upon approval, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your delivery address. Customers are requested to keep the product securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
Shipping & Handling Charges
The original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
The cost of return shipping will be borne entirely by the customer.
If reverse pickup is not available in your location, customers may be asked to send the product back via a reliable courier service, at their own cost, after confirmation from our team.
Refund Method
We do not provide refunds in cash, bank transfer, or credit to original payment methods.
Instead, we issue a store credit coupon equivalent to the product value (excluding shipping and return charges).
This store credit will be:
Sent to the registered email ID within 7 (seven) working days after the returned product has been received and inspected by our quality control team.
Valid for use on future purchases on our website.
Non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Important Conditions
Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
If the returned product fails inspection (i.e., found to be used, tampered, or without original packaging), the return request will be rejected and the item will be sent back to the customer at their cost.
Goals Floors reserves the right to make the final decision regarding acceptance or rejection of any return request.
